But boy were they beautifu;l. It started early again and it was a chilly day in Washington State as we headed north on I-5 through Seattle.

We Crossed the border…

And was treated to some awesome riding and scenery. The scenery chaged all day long from Forests, to Woods, to Desert, to woods again.

Another AWESOME day! Again, I was able to watch and track you all day – this 3 hours ahead has its advantages. You're still doing the route I did (in a car) in '83, but soon you'll be in new territory, for me, anyway. Back to work for me today, too, so I won't be able to keep an eye on your every move 🙂 but I'll check in periodically. Keep having the time of your lives!!

So Big Steve, how the hell did you get the bung man to go 95 mph???????????? I thought Jimmy sold the lyrics to "I can't drive 55" to Sammy Hagar! Jimmy you are lookin like Telly Savalas with the new shave look, can I get your autograph??

SPECTACULAR! Hoping you will have internet access for a while since it is great to take a vicarious trip to Alaska with you. Missed you at the graduation party. You must have the camera mounted on your bike? Snap us a picture of the set up. Godspeed.

I was watching again as you made your way north. What a great way to keep up with you. I did have trouble connecting to you when mom was here (it was around 4:30 this afternoon) so she didn't get a chance to see where you were. I hope her computer arrives tomorrow so she can keep an eye one you two. Well better get to bed. Worked tonight and again tomorrow. Take care and keep those pics coming. What beautiful country to watch go by. Oh yes, I agree with Joan about the legs. I always thought it was the girls that would hike their skirts up to show the legs…May how times have changed.
